The Flawless Aesthetics Academy was founded by company director Holly Burton. Holly's vision was to create prestigious, trustworthy and thorough training in all aesthetic treatments under one roof.

Before Flawless Aesthetics Academy launched, Holly founded Flawless Cosmetic in 2012. This became an award-winning clinic and went from strength to strength. Holly has established a large and loyal client base who have returned to her year after year, as well as providing employment for other practitioners working for the Flawless Cosmetic brand. Flawless cosmetic has become one of the largest and most established Cosmetic Companies in the UK working in over 10 locations UK wide in a high-end luxury setting. 

The success of Flawless Cosmetic and the positive responses to its ethos inspired Holly to want to offer high quality training to others in the industry to raise the standard of the treatments taking place across the UK. The goal was to provide outstanding quality training as well as ongoing support for professionals wanting to join the industry, or for those already in it who wanted to elevate their skills and career. Flawless Aesthetics Academy has quickly become recognised for its exceptional training facility, excellent curriculum and expert teachers.
